TimeConsume Return & Refund Policy

At TimeConsume, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a transparent shopping experience. Please review the following policy carefully before placing an order.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size or made an ordering mistake, we accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags are attached

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Important exchange terms:

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping and shipping of the replacement item

  • Exchanges are only permitted for the same item originally purchased

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the replacement item will be shipped

No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing charts, and images before completing their purchase to ensure satisfaction with their selection.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@tconsume.com within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Clear photos of the damage, defect, or incorrect item

  • Your order number

If the error was on our end (wrong item or size sent), we will cover the cost of a replacement or exchange at no additional charge. Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is unavailable.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately. Order cancellations are not permitted.

All sales are final unless an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect and reported within 7 days of delivery.
